Seasonal stock, shop ready items, items 4 years old or less.

If you’d like to sell with us please read the following guidelines and we’ll be more than happy to consign your stock.

We sell close to the season so ask that items are for the current season. For other items please see our guideline below.

We take occasion wear for bridal parties and ‘the season’ middle of March, coats in October and black tie & Christmas evening wear at the beginning of November.

You don’t need to book an appointment to consign your items. Just pop in to see us during our opening times. If we are busy or you have a large number of items we may ask you to leave them with us, if that’s more convenient.

We kindly ask that items are 4 years old or less and that they are freshly laundered and ‘shop ready’.

We understand that items may be unworn or in a ‘as new’ condition, but they must have been purchased within the last 4 years so that they are relevant for today’s customer. We ask that items are in excellent condition with no marks, snags or signs of wear.

Designer or high-end classic pieces may be considered at the manager’s discretion if older than 4 years old.

Please don’t be offended if for any reason we can’t accept your items, we would love to showcase all pre-loved clothing but sadly this isn’t possible.

We accept the following brands (but is not exclusive to):

From the high street:
Zara, Seasalt, White Stuff, Jigsaw

Premium brands:
Boden, Mint Velvet, Reiss, & Other Stories, Hobbs, Whistles, COS, Baukjen, Massimo Dutti

Online brands:
Hush, Pure Collection, Poetry, Baukjen

Occasion brands:
Phase Eight, LK Bennett

Designer brands:
Prada, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Miu Miu, Gucci, Christian Louboutin, Burberry, Mulberry etc.

We do ask for proof of purchase or authentication cards and prefer to have original boxes/dust bags as appropriate.

We decline supermarket brands e.g. Tu & F&F, Primark, New Look, ASOS.

Items accepted for consignment will be displayed in store for a period of 2 months.

At the end of the agreed term, we politely ask that you collect any unsold items as soon as possible as we don’t have the space to store items beyond this time. Please let us know if you are unable to collect your items.

Unsold items not collected after the term has expired will be donated to charity. Whilst every care is taken Willow & Eve accepts no responsibility for items left in the shop, they are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

The commission is 50% / 50% of the agreed selling price for sold items. For higher priced items such as designer handbags we will agree commission on an item-by-item basis.

At the end of the agreed term we work out what is owed and payment to you is made by cash or BACS transfer.
