How fit is your bra?
With Valentine's day coming up you may find yourself rummaging through your lingerie drawer or even treating yourself to something new. If so why don't you spare a few minutes to sort out those bras that you just don't wear anymore and donate them to charity.
This time last year we were helping to raise funds for research against breast cancer through a Spirit FM ' Bring us your bras' appeal. We had a bra bank in store and received so many donated bras we had to request another! Obviously we are unable to support this worthwhile cause this year due to lockdown but you can still donate your bras by posting them in a jiffy bag to:

What you may not realise is that experts suggest we should be getting fitted for and replacing our bras every 6 months to get the very best support from our undies.
