STOCK INTAKE INFORMATION

Please ensure your items are appropriate for the current season

All items must be freshly cleaned and in immaculate condition – no marks or signs of wear.

Items must have been purchased in the last three years. *High-end classic pieces may be considered at the manager’s discretion. We do not take vintage clothes, however in the run-up to Goodwood revival, exceptional vintage pieces may be considered. 

Please don’t be offended if for any reason we can’t accept your items, we would love to showcase every and all items of pre-loved clothing but sadly it isn’t possible.

CONSIGNMENT INFORMATION

Items accepted for consignment will be displayed in store for a period of 4-5 weeks (this may be extended at the managers discretion)

Willow & Eve will take 50% of successful sale price. Fee for high-ticket items such as designer handbags, will be negotiated on an item-by-item basis.

Unsold items must be collected within 48 hours of receiving notification from Willow and Eve who will contact you via telephone or email. If you are unable to make a collection for any reason you must notify Willow and Eve in the earliest instance.

Unless notified of a reason for a delay in collection, any uncollected unsold items will be donated to local charity shops.
