Willow & Eve will be known as the ‘controller’ of the personal data provided to us directly by the individual customer.

 

What we need

Unless otherwise agreed with you, upon receipt of an order or consigning stock in our boutique we will collect the following personal data about you. This information includes your name, home address, your contact number, email address and current bank details*.

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal contact information in order to provide you the services you have engaged us to provide and to ensure that you are recompensed in return for these services as per the agreement we have with you. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the services we have agreed to provide you with.

*Our chosen method of payment to you the customer / garment owner is Bank Transfer. If you do not wish to share your bank details with us and opt for an alternative recompense for your goods, this can be arranged.

 

What we do with it

All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by one of a very limited number of staff in the employment of Willow & Eve. The information is not shared with any third party organisations and never will be without first obtaining your clear consent to do so.

 

No third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide it. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.

 

How long we keep it

We will generally keep your data for a maximum of 12 months after which time it will be erased / destroyed if it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was obtained.

 

What we would also like to do with it

We would occasionally like to send you information about our services including notifications of special offers and sales by email and SMS. If you consent to being sent this information, your data will not be shared with any third-party organisations.
