Returning an item:

Thank you for shopping at Willow & Eve.

If your purchase is not as described or is simply not right for you we are happy to accept returns and issue a full refund of the cost of the item/items.
If the item is not returned in its original condition or with our ‘Love me or leave me on’ tag still attached we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your item & return it within seven working days from the date shown on your receipt.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs & ensuring the item is returned to us safely.

Items bought in-store are sold as seen and are non-refundable.
